CyberG7 ("we", "us", "our") is a Singapore-registered agency that builds AI-automated marketing sites for small and medium businesses. This policy describes what personal data we collect when you use agency.cyberg7.com.sg(the "Service"), why we collect it, and what your rights are under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the "PDPA").
1. What we collect
When you submit our intake form to build a preview, we collect:
- Your brand name, industry, audience description, and goal
- Your email address
- Optional: competitor URLs you choose to share
- Optional: brand colours you choose
When you make a deposit payment, your card information is collected directly by Stripe, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details — Stripe sends us only the transaction outcome (paid / failed) and a session reference.
We do not use third-party analytics that profile you, and we do not show third-party advertising. The Service runs no marketing trackers and no cookies that require consent.
2. Why we collect it
- To generate your AI-powered preview website (we send your brief information to AI models that produce research, copy, and design tokens)
- To email you a confirmation and your preview URL
- To send our internal team a notification that a brief landed
- If you reserve your build, to process the payment via Stripe and contact you about going live
3. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary data with these processors:
- Anthropic, Perplexity, OpenAI — AI models that process your brief to generate research, copy, and design choices. Data is sent over TLS, not used for model training.
- Resend — our transactional email provider, sends confirmation emails on our behalf.
- Stripe — payment processor for the reservation deposit.
- Airtable — the database that stores your brief and job status.
- Vercel — hosts the live preview at
<slug>-preview.cyberg7.com.sg. - Pixabay — stock image search for section imagery on your preview. We send only the search query, not your contact data.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep it
- Intake briefs and preview output: indefinitely, so you can return to your preview URL at any time. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@cyberg7.com.sg.
- Payment records: held by Stripe for as long as required by Singapore tax and accounting law (typically 5 years).
- Email communications: 24 months unless you opt out earlier.
5. Your rights under PDPA
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to update inaccurate information
- Withdrawal of consent — ask us to stop processing or delete your data
- Complaint — escalate to the Personal Data Protection Commission Singapore (pdpc.gov.sg) if you believe we've mishandled your data

6. Security
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. Secrets (API keys, database credentials) are managed via Doppler with rotation on a quarterly basis. We do not store any payment card data on our infrastructure.
7. Where your data lives
Our infrastructure is hosted primarily on Vercel (global edge with Singapore region preference) and Airtable (US, EU). AI processing happens at Anthropic (US), Perplexity (US), and OpenAI (US). Where Singapore-resident hosting is available we prefer it; data is transferred internationally only where necessary for service delivery, and only to providers with PDPA-equivalent or stronger data protection commitments.
8. Children
The Service is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we've received data from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes (anything that would expand the data we collect or who we share it with) will be flagged by email to anyone who has previously submitted a brief.
